She had some repairs that she wanted to be done on the locks as well so that they would work well even though they were older locks. This also saves her money since she doesn't have to get new hardware for her door.  As a locksmith I often find option for people to make sure that pricing is as good as it can be. Sometimes that's as simple as fixing a broken lock instead of completely replacing it.  To get Linda's home completely re-keyed and new locks set, reassembled and reattached to the doors took me just under an hour to complete everything and have her home completely re-keyed the way she was hoping. And as I stated before the price did not change and she new exactly what she would be paying and what to expect.
